A US size 6 is equivalent to a UK size 8. We'd usually recommend a 24" waist, but you may like to measure your waist in inches to double check.

For a size 16 we usually recommend breeches with a 32" waist, but the Mark Todd Breeches can come up slim fitting so it is worth double checking your waist measurement. These breeches come in a standard length which is an inside leg measurement of approximately 27".
