The widest gullet that can be used in the Junior 500 saddle is the X-Wide gullet which is white.

The width on the Junior 500 Saddle is approximately 8" from D to D.
The handle on the Kids saddle is fixed to provide support to the child and cannot be detached.

Equestrian Clearance Warehouse says... The Kids Starter Saddle does not have the Easy Change Gullet System, but the panels are flexible, therefore it should fit most ponies including those who would normally take an X-Wide in the Easy Change Gullet System.

This saddle has the easy chagne gullet system so can be altered to fit most horses. In terms of length, the saddle may look a bit small on a horse of that size however it should not cause any discomfort to the horse.

The kids starter saddle should fit a Shetland, however this can vary from pony to pony.

This saddle doesn't come with changeable gullets. It is a medium fit however it has flexible panels so should mould to fit most ponies. Standard leathers and irons can be used with this saddle.

Saddles can be returned, however they must be returned in the same condition as when you received them. This means you are unable to put stirrup leathers onto the saddle or girth it up.
