My horse gets sarcoids for which he has had to have expensive and painful veterinary treatment most of his life. I noticed the sarcoids grew when the sun was hot so bought a Koolcoat in a sale. The persistent sarcoid on his sheath has remained dormant ever since and no more have appeared. He has now gone 3 summers without treatment. I now have 3 Koolcoats and swear by them. They also keep him cool and happy so I dont need to bring him in when it is hot. With his dark sun and fly protective hood he looks like a member of the Klu Klux Klan but who cares!
