This range of saddles is suitable for most ponies but if your pony has a particularly high wither, you may need to fit the saddle slightly wider and then use a front raiser to accommodate the shape of the back.

Im just wondering if the picture of the brown saddle is actually havana or not as it looks more like tan colour to me, im really wanting a dark brown saddle.

The saddles are slightly darker than the photograph shows, but they are quite a reddy brown.

Four girth points allows you to use the two straps which are most appropriate for your horse or pony's shape. This is particularly important on wider equines as their saddles can often slip.

Yes, this is correct, the largest gullet that will fit in this saddle is the x-wide.

The saddle should not go beyond the last rib, as this starts to put pressure on the kidneys. If a 16" saddle suits you best, go for as close to a 16" as you can without it going over the last rib.

The longer flap is 1" longer. Yes, a taller rider may find this more comfortable, however it is just down to personal preference.

The stirrup keeper is removable. There is then a slit which you can put the stirrup leather through. The show saddle is available in a long flap option.
