Gag Bit
We have a selection of gag bits available, varying with different mouth pieces and materials. From the Copper enriched gags to Rubber covered/flexi gags there is a gag bit to suit your horse. Generally used on a horse that tends to lean on the bit. When pressure is applied on the reins, it puts pressure on the lips, poll, tongue and the roof of the mouth, its this pressure that encourages the horse to become lighter in the hands and raise its head.
