Is this hat suitable for general riding at stables and such?
also how well does this hat cope in the rain?

This hat has the British Kitemark so it can be used at all riding schools and venues. It isn't recommended for Cross Country due to the fixed peak, but can be used for all other disciplines. If the hat gets wet it should be allowed to air dry naturally and the pile will remain soft.
