I am a good size 14 can you tell me are the jackets generous sizes, if i purchased one and it is to big or to small can we change it please

I am a size 8-10 which jacket size would be best a 32 or 34?

A 32" would be equivalent to a size 8 and a 34" would be appropriate for a size 10.
