Shipping
We try to subsidise shipping rates as much as we can and offer a competitive rate to anywhere in the world.
Please try and ensure you choose the correct rate because if you choose the incorrect rate and your order is processed we will have to contact you to upgrade your shipping status. This could unavoidably hold up your order.
Orders will only process if you choose the correct shipping band for your country. If for any reason the system can not process your order (we may simply need to add your country to a band) or you require further advise on shipping costs, please e mail us at inf@equestrianclearance.com
UK
We have two standard rates for the UK which include, England, Northern Ireland, Scotland & Wales. We do not charge extra for Highlands and Islands & Northern Ireland.
Parcel Rate £6
This rate is for anything which is supplied in a box or similar for example, boots or horse rugs. We still charge only £6 even if your order has to go in more than one box.
Small Item £3.50
For our customers who only want to buy smaller or lightweight items
for example 1 x pair of jodhpurs or 2 x horse bits or 1 x small bottle of liquid.
INTERNATIONAL
We have tried to create rate bands for areas of the world to make it easier to buy from ourselves and have also created a global small packet rate so you can buy cheaply and efficiently for small items.
Parcel Rate - Large
Anything above 4kg or is bulky is classed as large for example, Horse Rugs (turnout & heavy weight stable rugs) or 2+ pairs of boots or equivalent. Multiple items of riding wear or horse wear tend to fall into this category.
Parcel Rate - Medium
Anything up to 4kg for example 1 x pair boots or 1 x cotton/cooler horse rug or 3/5 pairs of jodhpurs.
Small Packet £10
For our customers who only want to buy smaller or lightweight items for example up to 2 pairs of jodhpurs or 2 x horse bits or 1 x bottle of liquid.
(note: boots and riding hats are not included in this option)
INSURANCE
All parcels are insured by ourselves so in the unlikely event they do get lost, we will be able to replace or refund your order.
TRACKING
All our medium to large parcels have a full tracking facility. You should be sent a tracking number for your order at the time of dispatch. Parcels currently sent direct from ourselves can be tracked at www.parcelforce.co.uk
All small packets are sent via Royal Mail recorded services but this facility has limited tracking. If you do not receive a tracking number please email us and we will send you one.
