How do I search for a product?
If you are looking for a particular product, we recommend using the search bar at the top of each page to quickly find what you need. If you tick the ‘Search in Product Title & Description’ box beneath the search box you will see a larger selection, or you can narrow down the items by choosing a category or brand.
If you are looking for a specific brand, check out the left hand side of each page which will list our top brands. To see all the brands we stock, please click view all brands.
Find out what’s popular with our other customers by taking a look at What’s Hot!, or even Shop by Colour to find products in your favourite colour.
We've chosen related products for each individual, and there are handy last minute products listed below your shopping basket.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
We do not have any shops, and we don't hold stands at events. Being a solely internet based mail order company allows us to keep our costs down and pass these savings onto you – it’s one of the reasons our prices are so much cheaper than our competitors! It also enables us to focus on our internet customers; our website is our business, not just a side line.
Do you have a catalogue I can buy from?
We don’t produce a catalogue for one simple reason; catalogues are generally out of date by the time they are printed. They don’t change for months, whilst our stock levels change every day. Therefore the only catalogue we produce is our website, which we update on a daily basis, and which is directly linked to our stock levels. This means that we don’t offer you items which we might not be able to supply you with.
Everything we do have available is on the website, or alternatively you can contact us if there is something specific you are looking for. We'll be happy to help.
Do I need to create an account to shop with you?
No, you do not have to register an account with us to place an order. However, you may find that setting up an account saves you time in the long run – as you won’t have to re-enter your details every time you shop with us. This makes ordering with us even quicker and easier. You'll also be able to track your order through the system.
We do recommend signing up to our email newsletter, to keep up with all our latest offers, new products and one-off deals.
To create an account click the ‘My Account’ tab in the right hand corner of the screen, then choose the ‘Register’ option for new customers. This will lead you through the sign-up process. Once you’ve set up your account you can sign in on this page, or when you're placing an order.
I am having problems logging in to my account
We’re sorry to hear that you are experiencing this problem. If it is not letting you log in as an existing customer, you probably don’t have an account with us. You can order as a new customer as many often as you like, but if you would prefer to register your details – so you don’t have to input them each time – please click the ‘My Account’ tab at the top right hand side of the screen. Then just follow the instructions to start an account.
