How do I order from EquestrianClearance.com? 

You can order online through the website, or by giving us a call:

We have spent a lot of time ensuring that ordering from us is as easy as possible. Just follow these simple steps:

  • Browse the product categories on the left hand side of the page, or use the search bar to find what you are looking for.
  • Click into a product to read the description and press ‘more images’ to see more pictures of the item.
  • When you’re ready to buy, simply find the right size and colour, and choose the quantity you require. Then click ‘Buy Me’ to add this item to your basket.
  • When all the items you want are in your basket, check the delivery option and proceed to check out. 

Please note: if you wish to pay with PayPal, please click the Checkout with PayPal button.

  • Log in if you are a registered user or continue as a new user.
  • Enter your address details then proceed to payment.
  • Once you have completed your order you will be given an order reference number, please make a note of this as you will need it for any correspondence regarding your order.

 

Can you give me more information about your products?

Yes, our customer services team will be more than happy to help in any way they can. Please contact us with the name of the product and what you would like to know.

 

Do you have size guides?

We do our best to include size guides for products on their individual pages. If there are any additional measurements you require, please contact us and we will endeavour to get these for you.

 

Will an item be re-stocked?

Whilst many of our items will come back into stock, a lot are clearance or end of line items which will not be re-stocked. For further information please  contact us with details of the item, including size and colour you require, and we will do our best to give you an accurate due date or suggest an appropriate alternative.

 

Will I receive an order confirmation email?

Yes, you’ll receive a confirmation email for your order shortly after the order has been placed. We advise that you print off or save this email for your records. It includes an order reference number that we recommend you quote in all correspondence with us. 

You’ll also receive a dispatch email when your order is dispatched, so you will know when to expect it.

 

I live nearby, can I collect my order?

Yes, we do permit customers to collect their order from our base in Sowerby Bridge, West Yorkshire. Please place your order as normal, selecting the 'Customer Collection' option at check out so that you are not charged postage. We will then give you a call when your order is ready for collection. This can take 1-5 working days depending on what you have ordered.

 

I have just placed an order, can I amend it?

We can usually amend or cancel orders prior to dispatch. It is important that you contact us as soon as possible, as once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes. 

 

I haven’t received my order

We’re sorry to hear that you haven’t received your order as yet. Whilst most UK orders are received in under 5 working days, we advise customers to allow 1-5 working days for their orders to be dispatched and a further 1-3 working daysfor delivery within the UK. If you have not received your order after this time and we haven’t informed you of any delay, please contact us, and we’ll sort this out for you as quickly as possible.
