A BRIEF HISTORY
Equestrian Clearance Warehouse Ltd was established in 1992, we therefore have many years experience in selling horse and rider wear, from direct selling through a retail outlet to huge 3 day public clearance events.
In 1999 when selling via the web was still a new phenomena we started selling on line and have gained vast experience in what to do and what not to do. Most of our competitors don't really have a clue and many of our customers can tell so many stories of how they have been let down and here are the main reasons why you should buy from us.


WHAT WE DO DO - PROVIDE ACCURATE STOCK AVAILABILITY INFORMATION

We have the most advanced system in the equestrian retail industry. Over the last two years our web site developers have been working with ourselves and our suppliers to develop a system which can read stock availability from any warehouse we choose and directly link that availability to our web site. We still would never guarantee this 100% because people cannot always count stock accurately! but it's as good as it gets.

  • WHAT WE DON'T DO
    We don't open a suppliers catalogue, enter that data into our web site and then hope and pray that if we get an order, either our suppliers or ourselves will have it in stock and if it isn't in stock, let our customers wait up to 3 months before it does come into stock.
  • We don't provide a mail order catalogue which never changes for at least six months and then hope and pray that when an order is placed we'll still have it in stock or it's not still on a boat in the China seas.

WHAT WE DO DO - PROVIDE A SECURE CONVENIENT PAYMENT SYSTEM

We have the most up to date security banking system on line, which is now 3D secure i.e. chip and pin on line. Yes, it might be a minor inconvenience that when you place your first order you will have to register with your bank but the upshot is, it is very difficult for someone who steals your card to go shopping with it on any site which is 3D secure enabled. Both our on line banks provide this service.

Our Banks: We have two on line banks for your convenience and to try to make sure our online service is available at all times so if one of them has down time for what ever reason, the other one should be able to take your payment.

Data Cash - This is the default credit card payment bank and one of the largest providers of on line banking in the UK www.datacash.com
Netbanx - We have used Netbanx since 1999 and have been 100% happy with their service www.netbanx.com

PayPal will shortly be added as a payment option. We have a fully verified Pay Pal account www.paypal.com
