My order has been damaged in transit
We offer a set rate charge of £4.99 for delivery within the UK.
This rate does not change with the amount ordered (within 30kg). This includes delivery to England, Wales, Scotland (including Highlands & Islands) and Northern Ireland. It also includes delivery to Isle of Man and BFPO addresses.
We also offer a reduced rate of £2.99 exclusively for orders containing small items, e.g. a couple of pairs of gloves or one pair of jodhpurs. Please note that this delivery option is likely to take longer, so if you're looking to receive your order more quickly, please opt for the standard £4.99 option.

When will my order be delivered?
Most deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm. The majority of UK orders are received within four working days of ordering, but we do advise you to allow:
1-5 working days for dispatch
followed by
1-2 working days (UK £4.99 option)
or 1-5 working days (UK £2.99 option)
or 2-10 working days (overseas delivery)
Has my order been dispatched yet?
You will receive an email to let you know as soon as your order has been dispatched. We advise double checking your email address when placing your order to ensure that you receive this email. Please allow 1-5 working days for your order to be dispatched.
Can I have my order sent to a different delivery address?
Yes, however we will require the billing address of the card for our security checks. To add a separate delivery address click the ‘Add Address’ button on the right hand side of the screen when you are entering your checkout details.
We are happy to deliver to work addresses. If you require your parcel to be delivered to a specific department, please include this in the ‘Extra Delivery Info’ box.
Can I have my order delivered to a British Forces Post Office address?
Yes, however please be aware that our delivery times are for delivery to the BPFO headquarters, and not to you. It can take extra time for your parcel to pass through the BFPO delivery service.
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched, so you can follow its progress to your door.
What if I’m not in when you deliver?
If you are out when delivery is attempted, and you have not given authorisation for the parcel to be left in a safe place, the couriers will leave a calling card. They will usually re-attempt delivery the next working day. Please follow the instructions on the calling card if you would prefer to re-arrange delivery. If you wish to change the delivery address, please contact us with your order reference number and the new address.
If there is anywhere safe that your parcel can be left, e.g. with a neighbour or in a shed, this can speed up the delivery of your order. However, please be aware that if you leave authorisation for the parcel to be left, this is at your own risk.
The couriers are authorised to leave the parcel with a neighbour without your consent. If you would prefer them not to do so, please ensure you add this to the ‘Extra Delivery Info’.
You may also like to add some directions to your address into the ‘Extra Delivery Info’ box, to help the couriers to locate you.
I’m missing an item from my delivery
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this. We aim to send all your items in one parcel, however sometimes this is not possible. There are a few reasons why you may be missing an item from your order:
If we opt to split the delivery of your parcel, you will only be charged once for postage. If you are unsure if why you are missing an item, please contact us with your order reference number and details of the missing item.
My order has been damaged in transit
We’d like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by this. We ask that you contact us with details of the damage to your parcel within three days of receipt. If the goods are visibly damaged when the delivery is made, please sign for the parcel stating the damage or refuse the parcel. Once the damaged goods have been received back into our warehouse and checked, we’ll send out replacements.
