Thu 9th September 2010: Ordered another pair (smaller) of these boots and sent the too big ones back for exchange. Did it this way to save time, Ordered from EQ. Clearance mid afternoon yesterday and they arrived this morning. Excellent service thank you.

These boots are fairly true to size. If you are between sizes we would always recommend you go up rather than down to allow room for extra socks in winter. If you are normally a 3.5, try the size 4.; By Lauren
