The D ring is designed to aid steering, but without the cheek pressure
of the full cheek bits. The D ring bits are used to help prevent the bit
been pulled through the horses mouth. The jointed mouthpiece gives a
nutcracker effect on the bars of the horses mouth.
RUBBER JOINTED - has a rubber covered mouthpiece to soften the effect on the bars of the
mouth. It is ideal for horses which have a sensitive mouth or prefer a
softer, warmer feel.
COPPER ROLLER - help encourage relaxation. The bit has small rollers along the mouth piece, which spin when pushed by the horses tongue. This helps prevent the horse leaning, grabbing and getting the tongue over the bit.
